Step 1: Collect Appropriate Documents
Before applying to a university, you’ll want to make sure you take all required tests and acquire all needed documentation that may be needed for your application. This will include but is not limited to: application forms, transcripts, test score reports, SOP, passport, letters of recommendations, and resume.
Step 2: Profile Evaluation
Once you acquire all your needed documents, you can seek a profile evaluation. Step 3: Choose Universities and Apply
You will want to start narrowing down your university list you wish to apply to and start submitting applications along with any other needed materials.
Step 4: Decide on Your University
As you start receiving acceptance letters, you will need to decide which school to attend that you got accepted to.
Step 5: Obtain I-20
You will want to obtain your I-20 form. This form is necessary for applying for and receiving your student visa. Typically, students can apply for a visa within 120 days from the start date of their I-20, and can travel within 30 days of the start date of their I-20.

If you have not figured out your method of payment for your university’s cost of attendance, it may be helpful to seek international student loan options to help you pay for your schooling.
